My love for the camera started with me wanting to be in front of the camera. Growing up as a young teenager I wanted to be a Barbie model. And like the ones you see in magazines, not the runway models.

I'd put my camera on a tripod, and pose before the camera, taking “selfies” way before people even knew about it. Ever since I was in elementary school, everywhere I went I had a camera in my hand. I was always that little girl clicking pictures during school field trips and at various alumni vents. I started with a Kodak Disc camera, then a 110 and before digital I had many 35mm cameras. Believe it or not, I still have it and it still works! As time progressed, my parents bought me bigger and even better cameras.

As my love and knowledge of photography grew, soon I started focusing on what I love most...successfully capturing the precious moments of family and friends.
